ADAL Offer - Surface engineering - Surface pretreatment - Chemical surface pretreatment - Ventilation at chemical surface pretreatment

Ventilation at chemical surface pretreatment

The task of ventilation is to remove vapors from the tunnel / pretreatment chamber, clean and remove used air and supply fresh air. The system can be supplemented with a heat recovery system, heat or cooling modules.
The air contains vapors and liquid drops. Vapors are condensed and drops separated from the washer tunnel.
We use scrubbers (air scrubbers) in systems with a lot of aggressive chemicals.

The air scrubber is a modern and environmentally friendly installation in which spent vapors flow through the sprayed liquid. That is why there is no emission of hazardous substances into the atmosphere.
