Continuous flow pretreatment plants are designed for high throughput and consist of cleaning stages (degreasing), rinsing stages and possibly layer-forming processes such as phosphating or others.
Continuous flow pretreatment plants are universally usable. Their high throughput performances in particular make them interesting for many applications. Spraying rings apply different media to the components as they pass through. In the successive zones, therefore, the parts can pass through a cleaning program tailored to the particular application that guarantees optimum and constant quality.
Overhead conveyors
The work pieces are suspended directly or hung from racks, attached to a chain conveyor passing with constant speed through the individual pre-treatment zones. Each process step is hereby assigned to a spraying chamber. The chambers are then arranged in series according to the sequence of the work steps.
Flat coveyors
Parts can be transported through the washer on a flat conveyor, e.g. belt, chain or most often mesh / grid type.
