Air-driven plunger pumps
Air driven liquid pumps work on a standard reciprocating differential area principle utilizing a large air drive piston connected to a smaller hydraulic piston/plunger to convert compressed air power into hydraulic power. ... The maximum air drive pressure rating on all pumps is 0,8 MPa (8 bar).
Plunger pumps are used for feeding liquids or thick masses in application systems / devices.
Generally, they can be driven by a pneumatic, hydraulic or electric motor, and the pump can be made as piston, plunger or diaphragm.
On the basis of proprietary design of plunger pumps and pneumatic piston engines (patent pending) pneumatic plunger units are installed.
Appropriate combination of motors and pumps allows for obtaining many combinations of these parameters.
