ADAL Offer - Intralogistic

Intralogistic

Intralogistics is a set of devices and mechanisms, properly controlled and cooperating with each other, thus creating a system for transporting details in the factory during the production and distribution process.

Intralogistics controls the flow of materials between different areas of the plant - from inbound goods to the warehouse, production areas and final assembly to order picking and shipping.

By optimizing the integration of information processing with the latest technologies and material transport software, the desired performance is achieved for both manual and automatic systems.

The technological sequence of each production plant, including, for example, an industrial paint shop, includes a number of devices that correspond to successive processes: surface preparation, drying, applying and curing the coating. To ensure the required performance and maintain product quality, the key element is to guarantee material flow according to given parameters. This is ensured by transport systems. The choice of system depends on the size of the installation, the assumed capacity, the adopted surface preparation technology (e.g. a through or tact washer), the size of the detail.

Increasing requirements demand ever more efficiency and flexibility during production processes. Intelligently designed internal material flows that are optimally networked and controlled form the foundation for smooth production operations. For almost 40 years, we have offered our customers perfect solutions for materials handling and conveyor technology. Our automation processes optimize manufacturing operations at many factories.

General classification of transport systems

Transport systems can be divided in many ways, depending on the criteria used.

We usually use the following definitions:

Depending on the degree of transport automation:
- automatic
- handmade
- semi-automatic

Depending on the design of the mounting mechanisms:
- pendant
- floor

Depending on the operating mode:
- continuous or controlled sequential flow
- portal or hoist indexed flow

Depending on the transport logic:
- circulation
- cross

Depending on the connection of the details with the transport system
- pendant
- bottom (mesh, band, plate, etc.)

The design process of the transport system is always carried out simultaneously with the choice of technology and technology of technological processes.

The first step is to develop a block diagram, then dimension the devices and place them in the hall (2D layout).

After its approval, we make a 3D layout to ensure the feasibility of the system in relation to other production machines.

Finally, we select standard elements from our program and design special equipment, e.g. elevators, reloading stations, etc.
