Waste water is produced in all processes of chemical surface preparation, process water treatment and painting.
These wastewater must be disposed of, i.e. either sent to a company dealing with this or properly treated and discharged into the sewage system.
Therefore, all technological installations in which waste waters are produced must have their own sewage treatment plants.
Technology
Generally, these are physico-chemical processes. To reduce the amount of sewage produced, various sequential uses of rinsing water (cascades) and water cleaning on ion exchange columns (demi-recirculation) are used. Below we show sample technological schemes.

Radical reduction of the amount of sewage is possible if we use their evaporation, i.e. we add an evaporator to the process. In this way, we produce demi water but also sewage concentrate, which is utilized by specialized companies. However, we avoid discharging sewage into the sewage system.
