The ADAL company was founded in 1981 by Wojciech Chodkowski and Wojciech Soszyński as a civil law partnership. Wojciech is Latin for ADALbert and hence the name of the company - ADAL. In 1996, Bożena Soszyńska joined them with a 10% stake, and the company transformed into a limited liability company. In 2019 Wojciech Chodkowski retired and his shares were taken over by other partners.

We started operating from the production of small tools for the automotive industry.
In 1983 we constructed and manufactured the first high pressure painting unit using the airless method (pneumatic motor with piston pump).
In 1984 we changed our headquarters by buying buildings at ul. Bokserska in Warsaw.
In 1990 we have built a modern production and office complex in Adamówek, commune Czosnów and we moved the company headquarters and all departments there.
In 1996 we transformed the company into a limited liability company.
In 1997 we expanded the facilities by doubling their area to almost 4000m2.

Convenient access by road No. 7 Warsaw-Gdańsk (25 km from the center of Warsaw) as well as comprehensive telecommunications connections, Internet connections and proven logistics solutions allow for efficient service of direct recipients and distributors in Poland, Europe and the world.

The company consists of 150 people working in the field of design, production, assembly, commissioning and supervision of implementation, equipment servicing and in auxiliary departments.
